An experienced Electrician is needed to join a repairs and maintenance team in Birmingham.
The role involves performing electrical installations, maintenance, and fault-finding tasks in both void and tenanted properties.
Candidates must have an NVQ or City and Guilds Qualification, 18th Edition, and 2391 Inspecting and Testing certification, along with a full UK Driving Licence.
The position offers sociable full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with an hourly pay rate of £22.00 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £18.88 inclusive of holiday).
An immediate start is available, and a hire van will be provided for work purposes.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a repairs and maintenance team covering Birmingham. You will be working with the housing maintenance team covering repairs, maintenance and refurbishments for void and tenanted properties. Working within void and tenanted homes you will be providing an excellent customer service and delivering a high standard of work. Duties:

Carry out electrical installations in domestic properties (e.g. rewires, new sockets, lighting, consumer unit upgrades).
Perform maintenance and fault-finding tasks in occupied and void homes.
Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs).
Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards (BS7671).
Provide clear communication with homeowners, tenants, and team members.
Maintain accurate job records and complete necessary certification.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £22.00 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £18.88 Inclusive of holiday). You will be working a standard 37 hour week with potential to take overtime. An immediate start is available with a hire van supplied for work purposes.You will need;
