About the Role as an Electrician:
Daniel Owen are currently seeking an experienced Electrician, working on social housing projects across Birmingham. This role will involve maintenance and repair work, ensuring electrical systems are safe, efficient, and up to code within residential properties.

Key Responsibilities of the Electrician:

  • Conduct electrical maintenance and repairs in social housing properties.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Carry out fault finding, installations, and testing as required.
  • Provide high-quality service to clients and tenants.

  • DBS Certificate
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
