About the Role:
Were seeking an experiencedElectricianto join our team on a majorcommercial student accommodationdevelopment in Birmingham. Youll be responsible for delivering high-quality1st fix electrical installations, ensuring all work is completed to industry standards, on schedule, and in line with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out1st fix electrical works: containment installation, cable runs, trunking, conduit, and tray work.

Interpret and work from electrical drawings and schematics.

Supervise and guide Improvers and Mates when required.

Prepare, maintain, and manage tools and materials.

Conduct testing and inspections to ensure compliance.
-
Work collaboratively with other trades to keep the project on track.
Requirements:

ECS Gold Card Essential.

Proven experience as an Electrician on commercial or large residential projects.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, safety standards, and regulations.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
