Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Day Shift Only We Like Our Sleep)

What Youll Be Doing as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Besides Looking Heroic with a Multimeter):

  • Tackling planned and reactive maintenance tasks like a seasoned pro (or at least pretending you werent surprised).
  • Playing technical hide and seek with electrical faults, motors, drives, and the occasional grumpy Plc.
  • Keeping our plant and equipment in tip top shape so everything doesnt go pop.
  • Providing invaluable support while occasionally using tools as makeshift coffee cup holders.

What We Need From You as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer:

  • Electrical qualifications: City & Guilds, or NVQ basically, proof you know which end of the wire not to touch.
  • Preferably apprentice trained, but we wont grill you.
  • Multi-skilled? Even better the more tools in your belt (literally or metaphorically), the better.
  • Experience in heavy engineering, manufacturing, production or process environments i.e., you know what a factory sounds like.Problem solving skills not just "turn it off and on again" (though lets be honest, that works a lot).
