Mobile Maintenance Engineers (Mechanical Bias/Electrical Bias)
Location: Mobile role covering West Midlands
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: 40k per annum
Our client is a provider of M&E building services engineering and facilities management, providing a high specification client base with tailored and bespoke technical solutions incorporating both maintenance & projects.
A Mobile Building Services Engineer is required to carry out PPM, servicing, fault finding and breakdown repairs to building services systems to include:
- HVAC - AHU/FCU & Filters
- Plumbing
- Basic electrical i.e. emergency light testing, ballast & lamping.
- Building Fabric i.e. basic joinery
Client environments to include (not limited to) commercial/corporate office accommodation & public buildings located throughout the South West region.
Please Note
The successful candidate will be qualified with a technical, recognised trade qualification(s) but this doesn't need to be Commercial Gas or F-Gas.
This position is very much that of carrying out PPM to the "services of a building(s)" as outlined above and so if you are a 'Multi-Skilled' Building Services/Facilities Engineer" that is experienced in the above duties/responsibilities, maintaining the services of a building(s) then we would like to hear from you.
Essential Candidate Requirements & Additional Information
- Possess relevant trade/technical qualification in line with the position
- Possess an all-round knowledge of building services as outlined above i.e. HVAC, Electrical & Building Fabric - "Services of a Building(s)"
- Driving License (Maximum 6 Penalty Points)
Salary/Package: 40k/ Van & fuel card is also included, holidays and pension & more.
The role is to carry out Mechanical maintenance work and other aspects of maintenance where required (if candidates are Multi Skilled with an Electrical Bias then this would be great)
