We are recruiting experienced solar PV installers to join a well-established renewable energy team focusing on domestic rooftop installations across the West Midlands. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality installations of solar panels and battery storage systems for homeowners, using industry-leading equipment and working to rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install solar PV systems on domestic roofs, mount racking, secure panels, connect inverters, and assist with battery storage systems.

• Work from technical drawings and site plans to ensure optimum panel placement and efficient energy capture. (The company emphasises that they plan “solutions for the ‘less than ideal’ roofs”.) Solar PV - In2gr8ted Solutions+1

• Collaborate with other trades (electricians, roofers) on site to provide a seamless installation process.

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure site cleanliness and safety at all times.

• Follow all health & safety procedures, working at height protocols, and ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.

• Document installation progress and report to the site manager or supervisor at the end of each day.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in domestic solar PV installation is essential.

• Familiarity with mounting systems, electricians’ work, and solar/battery storage systems.

• Valid working-at-height credentials, CSCS or ECS card, or equivalent preferred.

• Own basic tools and PPE is desirable.

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel locally across the West Midlands.

• Strong reliability, punctuality, good communication skills with homeowners and other trades.

• Comfortable working independently or as part of a small team focused on residential installations.
