About the Role:
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production of innovative healthcare solutions that make a difference in people's lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where your contributions will be valued and recognised.
Contract Details:
Contract Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 12 months with potential for extension
Hourly Rate: 13.81
Working Pattern: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Edgbaston, Birmingham
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to guarantee quality and compliance.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and results.
- Participate in health and safety briefings and training to uphold workplace safety standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
