Construkt RS is a recruitment consultancy that specialises in placing niche technical professionals into the built environment. We are working on behalf of our valued client in search for a Senior MEP Engineer

Role Description

This is a contract role for an on-site Senior MEP Engineer to act as the CRE located in Birmingham. The Senior MEP Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems within building services projects. Daily tasks will include coordinating MEP systems designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The engineer will also handle project documentation, conduct site inspections, and provide technical guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including Plumbing and MEP Coordination
  • Experience in Electrical Engineering and Building Services
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Birmingham
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional engineering license is a plus
  • Experience with industry-standard software and tools
