Role: Project Support Administrator

Hours: Full Time
Salary: 14 - 17ph plus holiday pay
Sellick Partnership are seeking a Project Support Administratorfor our Public Sector client in Birmingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Project Support Administrator who is willing to support our client's purposeful movement that brings about positive sustainable change in people's lives.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain and control project documentation (version tracking, filing, accessibility)
- Arrange and support project meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes, follow-up).
- Provide general project administration (emails, diary management, data entry).
- Assist with project reporting (collecting updates, producing progress reports).
- Coordinate communication with stakeholders and partners (sharing updates, chasing actions).
Key skills:
- Organisation & attention to detail - keeping documentation and tasks accurate.
- Time management & multitasking - handling competing project priorities.
- IT proficiency - confident in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills - clear written and verbal interaction with stakeholders
- Teamwork & adaptability - supporting project managers and fitting into changing project needs.
