Overnight stays required for jobs over two hours' travel each way. 聽 COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Birmingham, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Worcester, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Stratford-upon-Avon, Evesham, Kidderminster, Tewkesbury, Pershore, Droitwich Spa, Stourbridge. 聽 JOB DESCRIPTION: Field Service Engineer, Commercial Plumber, Water Engineer - Water Purification 聽 As our Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a variety of water purification equipment, including reverse osmosis systems, de-ionisers, water softeners, filtration systems, UV filtration units, pumps, chemicals, and consumables. 聽 You'll spend your days supporting our customers, managing your own workload, and representing us to a high standard. While most of your work will be planned maintenance (around 80%), there will also be occasional reactive service work. 聽 As our Water Engineer you'll: 路 Work independently on a range of customer sites, providing excellent technical support and customer service 路 Manage your van stock and associated administrative duties via our Flowlens software 路 Help to maintain compliance with ISO 9001, health & safety, and company standards 路 Occasionally overnight stays when required 聽 PERSON SPECIFICATION: Field Service Engineer, Commercial Plumber, Water Engineer - Water Purification 聽 We're seeking an Engineer with a strong background in water treatment or commercial plumbing. You should be self-motivated, highly organised, and have a keen attention to detail.
It would be beneficial if you have experience working with any of the following: reverse osmosis, de-ionisers, water softeners, UV filtration systems, pumps, and associated chemicals, but full training will be provided.聽聽 In addition, you'll also: 路 Be an effective communicator, both written and verbal 路 Have strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities 路 Be comfortable working alone in time-sensitive situations 路 Be committed to safe working practices 路 Hold a full UK manual driving licence 路 Ideally have engineering-related qualifications (City & Guilds or similar) 聽 THE COMPANY:聽 We are specialists in water purification, offering a wide range of services and equipment to commercial customers across the UK.
