The Role:
The successful candidate will support the delivery of sustainability strategies for new and existing developments. Working alongside engineers and senior consultants, they will contribute to a range of services including:
- BREEAM, LEED, and WELL assessments
- Net zero carbon strategies
- Energy modelling and building performance analysis
- Life cycle assessments and circular economy principles
- Climate risk and adaptation planning
- Sustainability statements and planning support
Candidate Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Environmental Science, Sustainability, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, or similar)
- A strong interest in sustainable design and environmental performance in the built environment
- Analytical mindset with good numerical and written communication skills
- Familiarity with industry tools (e.g. IES-VE, OneClick LCA, or similar) is desirable but not essential
