Graduate Sustainability Consultant

Birmingham£26,000 - £29,000

A well-established, employee-owned consultancy is looking for a passionate Graduate Sustainability Consultant to join its Birmingham office. The Role:

The successful candidate will support the delivery of sustainability strategies for new and existing developments. Working alongside engineers and senior consultants, they will contribute to a range of services including:

  • BREEAM, LEED, and WELL assessments
  • Net zero carbon strategies
  • Energy modelling and building performance analysis
  • Life cycle assessments and circular economy principles
  • Climate risk and adaptation planning
  • Sustainability statements and planning support

Candidate Requirements:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Environmental Science, Sustainability, Building Services Engineering, Architecture, or similar)
  • A strong interest in sustainable design and environmental performance in the built environment
  • Analytical mindset with good numerical and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with industry tools (e.g. IES-VE, OneClick LCA, or similar) is desirable but not essential
