The Role

This event agency are currently looking for an Event Coordinator to join their sociable team to help them deliver their events across the UK and internationally.

As Event Coordinator, your responsibilities will include;

•          Supporting in event delivery from brief to completion

•          Booking flights and accommodation in the UK and globally

•          Sourcing venues across the UK 

•          Negotiating rates with venues and suppliers

•          Managing contracts with clients, suppliers and venues

•          Supporting in the managing of budgets

•          Delegate management - creating and sending invites, booking travel, booking accommodation, sending joining instructions

•          Going on-site to events to ensure they run smooth and complete client satisfaction

The Candidate

As Event Coordinator, you will ideally have a huge passion for events and a degree OR qualification in Event Management - this is not mandatory, however a good personality and a true love for events is!
