- Lead the planning and execution of the council's Pride 2025 event.
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including community groups, local businesses, and council departments.
- Manage event logistics, budgets, risk assessments, and health & safety compliance.
- Ensure the event reflects the values of inclusivity, accessibility, and community engagement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior stakeholders.

- Proven experience in managing large-scale public sector events.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A track record of delivering inclusive and community-focused events.
