We are looking for a proactive, highly organised individual with a passion for PA duties to lead our support staff and ensure the smooth operation of our team.We need someone who can manage diaries, coordinate administrative tasks, and oversee the day-to-day operations of our support staff. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our team runs smoothly and efficiently.

Location: Birmingham City CentreSalary: £32,000 - £40,000Work type: Monday to Friday, Full-time (Permanent) 

Key Responsibilities:•    Efficiently manage the diary for the allocated Partner.•    Liaise with the Head of Team and Partners to distribute administrative work across the team.•    Provide comprehensive support including minute taking, drafting, and formatting of letters, documents, and forms.•    Actively manage the team’s monthly fee estimation and billing processes.•    Support with the day-to-day management of the support team including handling holidays, absences, appraisals, coaching, and performance-related issues.•    Ensure all case files are compliant, including opening, closing, storage, and retrieval.

The ideal candidate for the Legal Support Manager & PA role will have:•    Experience within a legal or professional services environment.•    Experience in case management systems (desirable).•    A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.•    Excellent problem-solving skills.•    Sound IT knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Teams.•    Demonstrated history in administrative or PA roles.
