We are looking for a friendly, organised, and dynamic Office Administrator to join our wonderful team. The ideal candidate will be willing to go above and beyond and become one of the faces of the company, the first-person people see when they arrive at our offices. We need someone who can adapt to any situation that may arise, staying calm and confident while finding the best solution. This is a role where your can-do attitude will truly shine.

Based in the Solihull area, this role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with excellent customer service skills and a positive mindset. You will be supporting not just the wider team but also assisting executive assistants with general diary management and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration, including filing, scanning, and photocopying
  • Answering all incoming calls and directing them appropriately
  • Booking and organising meeting rooms when required
  • Organising passes for staff and visitors
  • Assisting with company-wide communications
  • Communicating with guests or clients when necessary
  • Managing office supplies and stationery
  • Maintaining accurate visitor records upon arrival and departure
  • Completing all additional tasks required by supervisors to the highest standard

Requirements:

  • General administration experience
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Confidence in dealing with guests and visitors
  • Excellent organisational abilities
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
