We are looking for an Office Manager for a lovely Birmingham-based role, joining a dynamic operations team. We’re seeking someone with experience in a professional services environment. This is a fantastic opportunity with excellent benefits for someone who has strong organisational skills.

We need someone who can adapt to any situation that may arise, remaining calm and confident while finding the best solution. This role requires someone who has worked in a fast-paced environment and has excellent customer service skills with a can-do attitude, which is essential for this position.

Supporting the front-of-house team, we are looking for the right person to provide outstanding support, lead from the front, and coordinate with the facilities team, all within a welcoming legal setting.

This role is ideal for someone looking to take on extra responsibility and promote best business practices. It is a varied and exciting opportunity with excellent benefits..

The Candidate

  • A proactive team player
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a variety of stakeholder.
  • Customer service experience (preferable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Able to adapt to any situation that may arise.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to unexpected challenges.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Experience in a professional services environment (preferable)
