Corporate Finance Analyst?? Birmingham?? £30,000 - £40,000An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly expanding Corporate Finance Boutique headquartered in Birmingham. We are seeking a bright, ambitious Corporate Finance Analyst to support live transactions and help drive growth in the UK mid-market and lower mid-market.This is an ideal role for someone looking to build a long-term career in corporate finance within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

The RoleYou'll work closely with experienced professionals across a range of transactions. Your responsibilities will span the full deal life cycle, including:

  • Financial Analysis - Supporting valuations, financial modelling, and market bench marking
  • Due Diligence - Reviewing financial and commercial data to support decision-making
  • Deal Execution - Preparing pitch materials, marketing documents and client presentations
  • Research & Insight - Analysing sectors, tracking competitor activity, and identifying market trends
  • Business Development - Assisting with prospecting, maintaining CRM records, and supporting campaigns
  • Internal Projects - Helping refine internal processes, tools, and resources

The position is based in our Birmingham office, with occasional travel to London & client sites across the UK.Candidate ProfileEssential Criteria:

  • A 2:1 degree (achieved or predicted) in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics or a related subject
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong analytical, research and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Full eligibility to work in the UK
