This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for leadership, client service, and developing others within a growing audit department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of audit assignments

  • Leading and mentoring audit teams, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard

  • Acting as the key point of contact for clients, building strong working relationships

  • Reviewing audit files and providing technical guidance where necessary

  • Supporting partners in business development and client proposals

Skills & Experience:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

  • At least seven years' experience working within a UK Practice environment

  • Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading audit engagements
