Job Title: Insolvency Senior Administrator

Location: Birmingham (Office Based or Hybrid Working Options)

The Opportunity:

Imperium Financial Recruitment is proud to be working with a long-established and highly respected firm of Insolvency Practitioners in Birmingham. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Insolvency Senior Administrator to join their dynamic and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional to further their career in a thriving firm that values expertise, progression, and a collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, and occasionally personal insolvency matters
  • Drafting and preparing all relevant statutory documentation and reports
  • Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Carrying out investigations into company affairs and director conduct
  • Preparing estimated outcome statements and deficiency accounts
  • Handling asset realisations and creditor distributions
  • Ensuring all case files are compliant and up to date in line with regulatory requirements
  • Supporting and mentoring junior staff as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience within corporate insolvency, ideally at Senior Administrator level
  • Strong working knowledge of CVLs and Administrations essential
  • CPI qualification preferred but not essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Working knowledge of IPS or similar insolvency case management software
