The Skills You've Been Perfecting:
- Experience: Six+ years in corporate tax compliance (you know your way around a tax return and then some!)
- Qualifications: ATT/CTA and/or ACA would be lovely, but they value practical experience too
- Technical Toolkit: You're comfortable with the complexities of:
- Tackling exceptional items (deal fees, right of use assets, etc.)
- Navigating accruals/provisions and pension scheme adjustments
- Strategic loss relief planning and group relief
- Corporate interest restriction calculations
- Controlled foreign company returns
- Corporate and deferred tax workings that would impress even the most detail-oriented reviewer
