Corporate Tax Assistant Manager Location: Birmingham (Hybrid Model)Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 + excellent benefits package An internationally renowned professional services group is expanding its tax advisory team and is seeking a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager for its Birmingham office. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role within a global organisation known for driving complex international tax strategies and large-scale corporate transactions. This role is ideal for a tax professional looking to take the next step in a collaborative environment that offers variety, autonomy, and exposure to major multinational clients. You'll work across multiple sectors, supporting clients on matters including group structuring, cross-border transactions, and corporate reorganisations.

The Opportunity:
  • Join a strategic advisory team that works closely with senior leadership across tax, finance, and corporate development functions.
  • Advise clients on international tax planning, M&A structuring, transfer pricing, and compliance strategy.
