A leading Practice is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join our growing Corporate Tax Advisory team in Birmingham.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals to deepen their expertise in corporate tax, lead on complex advisory projects, and work alongside experienced industry leaders.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading advisory assignments, company reconstructions, M&A, share scheme advice, and venture capital schemes.
  • Managing juniors on large client projects and contributing to the development of technical knowledge across the wider team.
  • Identifying opportunities to support existing clients and attract new business.
