If you are an experienced Credit Manager / Senior Credit Controller in the South Birmingham area, this may be the ideal role for you. Offering a competitive salary, car allowance, and other notable benefits, this is an exciting opportunity for the right person.Responsibilities-Presenting to stakeholders and senior management covering collection targets, aged or bad debt, and overall progress of the Credit Control function.-Overseeing, motivating and managing a team of Credit Controllers.-Managing litigation and overseeing insolvency processes.-Responsible for making crucial decisions.-Liaising with other departments when necessary.Requirements-Prior experience working in / leading a busy, fast paced credit team.-Strong communication skills.-A CICM qualification is preferred, but not a necessity.Benefits-Car allowance-Private healthcare-25 days holiday + bank holidays-Quarterly company events
