Are you a Credit Controller with team leading experience? If so then this progressive opportunity could be what you're looking for. Based at the heart of the City Centre (but predominantly remote working), this company is looking for a Credit Control Team Leader to join the finance team where your main focus will be on driving team performance forward. In this role you will be overseeing a team of over 10 people, ensuring that Credit Control processes run smoothly and using the experience you have acquired to date in your career to implement improvements to processes and systems. You will also be responsible for the KPI management of the credit team. Due to the managerial aspect of the role, it is essential that you have prior experience in either a managerial or supervisory role, ideally within the credit control function.

  • Strong leadership skills and prior experience managing a team is essential.
  • Great interpersonal skills to communicate with external stakeholders and ensure strong lines of communication across the team.
  • Due to the company's sector, it is strongly advantageous if you've worked in a similar position in a controlled environment such as in the legal sector.
  • A keen eye for detail and problem-solving mindset to excel at improving processes and systems, as well as identify areas in the team that require more support.
