- Support the annual budgeting process with top-down scenarios, sensitivities, risks and opportunities
- Translate the annual budget into meaningful KPIs and leading indicators which can be tracked, monitored and take course corrective action throughout the year
- Maintain a finger on the pulse, staying one step ahead of any issues, helping to drive awareness, action and accountability
- Analysing the profitability of different channels and products
- Support business cases from a benefits perspective

- Base salary + Bonus = £45k to £55k + up to 5%
- WFH 3 days p.w. | Birmingham (B3 - Snow Hill area) 2 days p.w.
- 24 days holiday (excluding bank holidays). Rising to 26 days after 1 year.
Skills, experience and the mindset required to be successful
- A Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Strong excel skills with an understanding of how Power BI could be used in the future (or even present)
- Budgeting, forecasting, tracking and course corrective action
- Experience across revenue and cost lines
- Confident to deal with stakeholders across the organisation
- A self starter with the ability to drive a problem through until completion

- 60 min face to face interview: FP&A Manager + Finance Director
