A well-established charity and SME operating in the social care / housing sector is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Director to lead their finance function during an exciting period of strategic growth and transformation.

This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving financial strategy, managing risk, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing IT systems and infrastructure. Sitting on the Executive Committee, the Finance Director will play a critical part in shaping the organisation’s direction and supporting sustainable development.

What will you do as a Finance Director?

  • Lead financial planning, reporting, and risk management across the Group

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team

What do you need as a Finance Director?

  • Fully qualified finance professional with 3+ years pq experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Expertise in financial and management reporting
  • Knowledge of Charity / Housing is essential
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
