Are you prepared to lead financial operations in a role that combines challenge and flexibility? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to elevate our financial planning and operations.

  • Annual Salary: £45k - £50k
  • Location: Hybrid after training (3 days in the office, 2 days from home)
  • Job Type: Full-time 
Day-to-day of the role:
  • Monitor budgets and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (VAT, PAYE, Corporation Tax) and liaise with HMRC when needed.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Monitor payroll processing and ensure compliance with UK employment regulations.
  • Administer health insurance and pension schemes, and manage miscellaneous administrative functions as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in financial management and the preparation of accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in financial management.
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience working within an SME environment.
