Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Reporting
- Produce timely monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and manage costs
Payroll Management
- Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing using IRIS Payroll Professional software, including handling pensions and statutory deductions.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal teams and relevant authorities.
Timesheet Reconciliation
- Reconcile monthly timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Work with HR and department managers to validate timesheet data.
- Align timesheet data with payroll for effective billing and cost tracking.
Day-to-Day Finance Operations
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns and reconcile bank accounts monthly.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a senior finance role.
- Proficient with financial software like SAGE, CCH Practice Management, IRIS Payroll Professional, Xero, QuickBooks, and Excel.
