Overview

Our client, a rapidly expanding high energy services firm in south Birmingham is looking to bring an experienced Finance Manager into their close knit team, to spearhead the day to day reporting for the wider team and owners themselves, and develop future growth strategies whilst managing one person. This role is a great opportunity for those with experience in running a department looking to move into a role where you can impact the future.

Reporting into a director, the successful candidate will be working with external accountants and being wholly responsible for the department. You will be completing a variety of management and financial reports to give financial clarity throughout the business, and heavily involved in implementing processes and procedures to allow them to hit their growth targets.

Skills required

  • Ideally, you will have had experience in a supervisory or management setting.
  • Had exposure to KPI and cashflow reporting.
  • Ideally, you will be a Finalist or QBE accountant.
  • The successful candidate must be a confident communicator, able to challenge the status quo and lead by example.
