Role Highlights
In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of PE-backed and high-growth companies, delivering both compliance and value-added advisory projects. You’ll work alongside corporate finance, M&A tax, and structuring specialists, contributing to the success of complex transactions and long-term tax strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse portfolio of private equity clients, ensuring timely and accurate compliance across all tax areas
- Lead or support on transactional advisory projects, including structuring, due diligence, and exit planning
- Act as a key contact for CFOs, finance directors, and investment stakeholders, building trusted relationships
- Oversee tax reviews, reporting, and risk management for PE portfolios
- Collaborate with partners and directors on business development and delivery of specialist advice
- Coach and mentor junior team members, promoting technical development and commercial awareness
What We're Looking For
- CTA, ACA, or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a mid-tier, Big 4, or PE-focused advisory environment
- Experience managing tax compliance and advisory work for portfolio companies or deal-led clients
- Exposure to due diligence or structuring (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a solutions-led approach
- Ambition to grow within a high-performing and entrepreneurial environment
