A fantastic, unique opportunity in now available for a confident and outgoing person. This ever-growing property company are searching for a new Accounts Payable Manager. With more and more clients being added to the books, you will be the go-to for everything Payables related.

This is a great chance for a new and upcoming Accounts Payable Senior to develop their skills to the next level. Working in an extremely fast paced environment you will head up a fantastic dedicated team, overseeing all query management and escalations. The successful candidate will have phenomenal communication skills, to manage internal and external stakeholders, but also display positive impact within a previous role. You will support your team with the day to day, while implementing fresh and new ideas into the company.

Skills required

  • Proven experience within the Property sector, including knowledge of Service Charge and experience working in a high-pressured environment.
  • It would be beneficial for you to have experience with supervising, e.g., a project or stepping up into a senior role to cover while someone is off.
  • Be a confident and outgoing individual with great communication skills, as you work within a fantastic team but also with the wider business.
  • A good understanding and knowledge of Service Charge including budgets, processing and challenges.
