My client is looking for an experienced Client Service Manager to lead their client service team and manage client relationships in the financial services sector. This role ensures exceptional service delivery and acts as the main point of contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor the client service team
- Conduct performance reviews and provide training where needed
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues
- Ensure timely service delivery within SLAs
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns
- Prepare and deliver service reviews and reports
- Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Manage client onboarding and transitions
- Track and analyse service metrics
Preferred Experience / Qualifications:
- 5+ years in client service roles within financial services
- Leadership experience
- Knowledge of CRM systems, investment platforms, and discretionary portfolio services
- Strong understanding of financial products and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Project management experience
