Are you a client service professional with a passion for excellence and a background in financial services? We are working with a IFA IN Birminghamseeking a Client Services Manager to lead our dedicated client service team and drive outstanding experiences for our valued clients.

?? About the Role

As the Client Services Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our financial services clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision, care, and efficiency. You’ll oversee a team of client service professionals, manage client relationships, and support internal operations to maintain and enhance our high standards of service.

?? Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Service team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training
  • Provide management information (MI) reporting to senior leadership
  • Assist in recruitment and HR processes for client service roles
  • Manage client onboarding and transition processes
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Serve as the primary contact for client enquiries and service issues
  • Deliver service reviews and business performance reports
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve concerns
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and growth
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

�? Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in client service roles within financial services
  • Proven leadership experience managing client service teams
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems, investment platforms, and discretionary portfolio services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Experience with project management and cross-functional collaboration
