FLT Reach Truck Driver – Long ForksLocation: Aston, BirminghamPay Rate: £14.73 per hourShifts: Rotating weekly – 06:00–13:30 / 13:30–21:00We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a leading automotive company in Aston, Birmingham. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, handling automotive components and large stillages with precision and care.Key Requirements:
  • Valid Reach Forklift Licence (must be within the last 3 years) – essential
  • Strong experience using long forks to manoeuvre large stillages and pallets
  • Previous experience within the automotive or high-volume manufacturing sector
  • Ability to operate confidently in narrow aisles and a busy production environment
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Willingness to support with both on-truck and off-truck duties
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating Reach FLTs with long forks to safely handle stillages, cages, and pallets
  • Feeding materials to production and assembly lines within tight deadlines
  • Supporting material handling, cleaning dunnage, and general warehouse duties
  • Ensuring a safe, organised, and efficient working environment always
