As a Multi Trade Operative, you will:
- Carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance tasks within social housing properties.
Use your skills in:
- Carpentry (first and second fix)
- Plumbing installs fitting sinks, baths, and other bathroom fixture
- Patch plastering and tiling
- Basic decorating and finishing works
- Work efficiently and independently across occupied and void properties.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
We're Looking For:
- Proven experience working on social housing or Soho contracts.
- Strong carpentry skills with additional multi-trade experience.
- Ability to carry out basic plumbing installations (sinks, baths, etc.).
- Own transport (a car is fine).
- Immediate availability and a proactive attitude to work.
