Job Title: Multi-Trade Operatives (Working within the voids team)
Contract: Ongoing
Location: Birmingham/Coventry
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Rate: 23.62per hour (CIS)
We're looking for two experienced Multi-Trade Operatives to join a responsive maintenance team in Birmingham/Coventry. Work will be carried out across social housing properties and a van and fuel card supplied.
Key Duties:
- Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void social housing properties
- Carpentry, tiling, plastering, painting, plumbing
- Ensure high standards of workmanship, safety, and customer service
Requirements:
- Experience in social housing maintenance is essential
- Relevant trade qualifications or proven experience
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Hold a relevant trade qual
- A Basic DBS Check will be required
