A well-established housing association is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Operative to join their repairs and maintenance team, working on social housing properties across the Birmingham area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for long-term, ongoing work with immediate start available.

The Role:
You'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks in occupied and void social housing properties. Typical duties will include:
Basic carpentry, plumbing, and painting
General multi-trade maintenance and repairs
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Multi Trade Operative or similar role
Strong skills across at least two of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting
Experience working in social housing or domestic maintenance
Full, clean driving licence
NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry or equivalent qualification (desirable)
