Your new role-Predominantly carrying out remedial works on air, ventilation and fire damper services as detailed by the line manager/supervisor. Complete servicing work and technical reports/ paperwork as required such as Ventilation hygiene surveys, Fire Damper testing, Air quality testing and KEC completed in manual and electronic formats. Ability to perform analytical surveys of ventilation systems prior to start of work. What you'll need to succeed-Knowledge of legislative documentation including TR/19, BS:9999. The individual will be required to work at height using access equipment so must be physically fit. Ability to manage change successfully. Flexibility and open minded to working outside of normal working office hours. Potential to be able to work away from home on a semi regular basis. Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programmes. Full driving licence required with no less than 12 months driving experience on a full licence. No more than 6 points current or pending on the driving licence and no driving bans within last 5 years.What you'll get in return-We have a virtual GP on hand for you and members of your household.
