Asset Surveyor

Current vacancy for an Asset Surveyor for a housing provider.

Salary: £45,074 plus business mileage.

Hours: Permanent full time (37 hours per week)

•             Lead and manage multiple investment projects using effective project, contract and budget management.

•             Ensure customer’s requirements are defined, detailed and delivered.

•             Knowledge of tendering, procurement regulations, frameworks, Dynamic Purchasing Systems.

•             Prepare and submit documentation as required to obtain Statutory Approvals including Planning and Building Regulations requirements.

•             Plan, manage, monitor and coordinate the health and safety of a project to comply with the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015.

•             Identify HHSRS hazards in domestic properties, ensure hazards are reported promptly, and arrange any repairs or specialist surveys required.

•             Identify emergency repairs, such as damp and mould as defined under Awaab’s Law.
