We are looking for a committed and compassionate Teaching Assistant to work closely with teachers and support staff in delivering high-quality, tailored learning experiences. You'll help students engage in education, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with children and young people, particularly those with additional needs or in alternative settings

Have experience working with children with behavioural issues

Be resilient, adaptable, and empathetic

Work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Be committed to helping every pupil achieve their potential
