Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Multi Trade to perform daily repairs on social housing properties in Birmingham.
The role requires experience in carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, and tiling.
Candidates should have prior experience in social housing contracts, a full UK driving license, and a clear criminal record.
The position offers £20.51 per hour, a company van, and a fuel card for a 40-hour work week.
A permanent role may become available after 12 weeks in this long-term contract.

We are currently looking for a Multi Trade to carry out day to day repairs on social housing properties around Birmingham. After 12 weeks in this role there may be a permanent role available to you if it's something you want

The Multi Trade will have to complete repairs using their skillset, which should include:

Carpentry
Plumbing
Patch plastering
Tiling

I am looking to speak to a Multi Trade who:

Has experience working on social housing contracts
Has a full UK driving license
Has a clear criminal record (DBS checks will be required)

In return, the Multi Trade will receive:

£20.51 per hour
Company van and fuel card
40 hours per week on a long term contract
Permanent position on offer after 12 weeks
