Clerk of Works is required for an ongoing contract with a client-side organization in Birmingham.
Candidates should ideally have LICWCI status and possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and inspecting works for compliance, reporting non-compliance to the Project Manager, and preparing reports.
The role involves maintaining a detailed diary of project progress and other site-related activities on a weekly basis.
Salary for the position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Clerk of Works required for an on going contract for a client side organisation in Birmingham.

Ideally you will have LICWCI status.

Duties will include,

Monitoring and inspecting all works in progress, including those of sub-contractors throughout the execution of the contract for compliance with the specification.
Informing the Project Manager and the Principal Contractor in writing of any workmanship and materials found not to comply.
Preparing and submitting Clerk of Works reports and task allocation and tracking
Reporting in line with the requirements of specific scope of services
Maintaining a diary of the progress of works, delays, unsatisfactory workmanship or materials, visitors to the site and weather, on a weekly basis.
