Candidates should ideally have experience in defendant clinical negligence litigation, though claimant experience will be considered if they demonstrate strong technical knowledge and have managed their own cases from inception to trial.
The position offers a salary of up to £72,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package and the flexibility to work from home at least three days a week.

In joining this firm you will work alongside leading practitioners dealing with defendant clinical negligence cases. The firm is recruiting for an experienced lawyer to handle their own caseload and have supervisory responsibility for more junior members of the team.Candidate ProfileThe firm is seeking a clinical negligence solicitor who can demonstrate:

Good technical knowledge. You should be able to handle your own caseload with minimum supervision with at least 5 year pqe in litigated clinical negligence work.
Ideally defendant clinical negligence litigation experience. Claimant experience will be considered but you will need to demonstrate a sound technical knowledge and will have handled your own litigated work from inception to trial.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a close knit team.
