This opportunity would suit a paralegal or a non qualified fee earner, who had experience of running their own caseload. As this is a traditional practice you would be expected to work on property matters from start to finish, and be comfortable working on a variety of transactions. You would be dealing with a local client base that has a regular flow of matters coming from an attached estate agency as well as a strong referral network and repeat client. You'd be expected to manage a reduced caseload (circa 70/80 files.) The practice are very traditional and encourage client contact so you maybe expected to regularly meet with clients.
