Another boring job advert. Care Home Group, Director of Operations vacancy. Large portfolio. Wholly owned. High six figure package. Yawn...
It goes on. More than 10k car allowance, enhanced annual leave, 35 hour week (yeh right), triple salary life assurance, PMI, PHI (whatever that is), enhanced pension, enhanced paid family leave (that's a thing now), blah blah blah. Seriously, it's all written in black and white, with C Suite sign off and it's got corporate, business and suits written all over it. Boring, right?
Wrong!?
This job is EXCEPTIONAL. A few reasons why:
