Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Asbestos Analyst (Air).

Birmingham.

Up to 35,000 per year (DOE) + company vehicle.

DKF is seeking a dual skilled asbestos surveyor / asbestos analyst (air) to become a part of their well-established existing team based in the Midlands. This presents an excellent opportunity to join a company founded in 2002, who are a fully independent UKAS accredited consultancy, recognised for their commitment to quality and professionalism while serving to a distinguished clientele.

What your core responsibilities would be:

· Carrying out thorough asbestos surveys in various sites to an excellent standard.

· Perform visual inspections, collect samples, and accurately record data to assess the presence and condition of any asbestos present plus recording data using a tablet.

· To provide quality services and information to clients, must have knowledge of all current asbestos health and safety regulations and ensure this is maintained.

· Build and maintain relationships within their large client network.

· Performing air testing including 4 stage clearance.

· Completion of RICE slides.

To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

· Must hold BOHS P402 and P401 qualification or equivalent.

· At least 24 months experience working in a similar role for a UKAS accredited company.

· Full, Clean UK Driving Licence.

· Must be IT competent, preferably comfortable with Microsoft systems.

· Reliable and hard-working with a consistently detailed approach.

· Experience as 4 stage clearance analysts (preferred).
