Are you a dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking for a part-time role that offers flexibility and a rewarding environment? Aspire People is currently seeking a passionate individual to fill a part-time role at a highly respected nursery.
What's on Offer:
* One Part-Time Role (24 hours per week)
* Shifts: Ideally Tuesday - Thursday, but open to other days.
o Early Shift: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
o Mid Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
o Late Shift: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
(All shifts include a 1-hour unpaid break.)
* Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
* 30 days paid annual leave (pro-rated for part-time staff)
* Paid Bank Holidays
* All-year-round working
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent care and learning opportunities for children aged 0-5 years.
* Develop age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
* Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
* Help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.
Ideal Candidate:
* L3 qualified Early Years Practitioner (or equivalent) or an outstanding L2 Nursery Nurse ready to complete a L3 apprenticeship.
* Passionate about early childhood education and care.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis, ideally Tuesday - Thursday.
