The opportunity:
This is not a "keep-things-ticking" role, it's a make-things-happen opportunity:
- Take charge of export growth across key international markets, managing and developing distributors, retailers and online partners.

Key responsibilities:
- Creating and executing export sales strategies that drive real results
- Building and growing long-term partnerships with distributors and retailers
- Identifying fresh global opportunities and turning them into revenue
- Representing the brand at international events, trade shows and partner visits
- Delivering clear forecasts, insights and growth plans
- Collaborating across marketing, supply chain and NPD to keep customers delighted
The person:
An ambitious sales professional who thrives in fast-paced FMCG environments. A self-starter who knows how to blend strategy with action.
- Proven success in FMCG export or international sales
- Experience growing distributor and retail channels globally
- A sharp commercial mind and strong negotiation skills
- Energy, curiosity and a passion for health, wellbeing and consumer innovation
- A second language would be a plus (but not a dealbreaker!)
