We are seeking an experienced Framework Manager to lead the delivery of long-term programmes of work within the UK water and wastewater sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a Framework Manager to join a growing business and take responsibility for managing a multi-year framework, ensuring successful delivery against client expectations, commercial targets, and regulatory requirements.

The role will suit a commercially minded leader with proven experience in wastewater infrastructure projects who thrives on building strong client relationships, driving performance, and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Framework Manager include: 

• Lead the successful delivery of a wastewater framework, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Act as the primary client contact, building strong and trusted working relationships.
• Manage commercial performance, including forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
• Oversee programme planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Champion HSEQ standards while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

• Proven track record in managing frameworks or programmes within the UK wastewater sector.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (NEC experience desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams across design, construction, and commissioning.
• Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
