My client is an outstanding Law Firm looking to recruit an Aspiring Graduate PA. This role is an ideal learning environment with great exposure to all areas of the business. This role is key in supporting a dynamic corporate team so ideal also for an Aspiring PA looking for a step up from their current role.

This varied and busy role will entail:

  • Liaising regularly with Executive team members and Pas to identify work commitments
  • Diary and travel management for senior team leads
  • Liaising with the travel company to make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Management of central teamwide meetings. Collating and preparing information for meetings, both internal and external. Producing and circulating agendas and itineraries.
  • Attending internal client or project meetings to take notes, distributing minutes and collation of follow-up action points as required
  • Producing Client Reports prior to client meetings with the support of stakeholders
  • Liaising with clients and meeting and greeting
  • Supporting with events and marketing activity
  • Preparing and submitting expenses, including chasing for receipts and mileage information following meetings and business trips and following up on authorisations
  • Managing production of documents

Applicants must have previous experience supporting a team in an office environment. Exposure to another Law firm or professional services firm is desirable.
